Product Description& application:
Tungsten Carbide Roller as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in the steel bar and wire rod rolling. The rollers are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Kocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc
1. As far as the material for our products,there are two series as Wc-Co and Wc-Co-Ni-Cr which possess the good comprehensive mechanical properties.The bending strength and impact toughness reach 2200 Mpa and(46) x106J/ m'respectively.Its hardness and wear resistance come from tungsten carbide (Wc) while the toughness and strength depend on the binding agent (Co-Ni-Cr).
2. At present,the finishing mill is generally composed of 8-10 stands.Because of the big size of fracture surface of rolled part,the collar on the front stands of finishing mill may resist heavy duty and strong impact.Thus,the high hardness and good thermal fatigue resistance are the primary factors,which are prior to wear-resistance.While there is low load and impact for therear stands, we shall pay more attention to the wear-resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of roll rings.
3. At present, our company can mass diameter <=380mm, thickness <=130mm rolls. We have annual production capacity of 200 tons, which fully meet the steel bar and wire rod manufactures demand for the tungsten carbide roll rings.
Production Process:
Below are the production processes of tungsten carbide roller to ensure high quality, we assureed our customers that:
1. All materials are tested in terms of density, hardness and T.R.S before use.
2. Every piece of product goes through in-process and final inspection.
3. Every batch of product can be traced.
