We manufacture ground and unground carbide rods in stock with HIP sintered and 100% virgin
material.Our recommend grade for machining carbon steel to aluminum , non-ferrous metals and titanium
which cutting tool material HRC<=55. which 10% cobalt, grain size 0.8um, TRS>=3800. The stability and
high performance of the series bring many benefits to our customers and inspires them to develop quality
products.
We offer:
1.Pressed and extruded and CIP unground,ground and polished rods with or without chamfer.
2.Rod products that can be ground to H6 tolerance.
3,Tungsten carbide rods are mainly used for end mills,remaers,drills,countersinks,engraving tools,routers
and other rotary tools.
4.Also we provide other sizes upon request. Please contact us if you need a size customized.
The specification range of blank and grinding tungsten carbide rod:
1. WC Grain size range: 0.4~0.6μ.m; 0.6~0.9μ.m; 1.0~1.3μ.m; 1.4~2.0μ.m.
2. Diameter range: 3mm--40mm;
3. Length range: 3mm--350mm;
4. Diameter Grade: h5(H5), h6(H6), h7(H7), h8(H8), h9(H9).
5. Sphericity tolerance range: 0.001mm ~ 0.009mm;
6. Linearity tolerance range: 0.001mm~0.2mm;
7. Surface Roughness can be reached to: RA0.04.(reach a mirror effect surface after accurate grinding)
