Description & Application:
Tungsten carbide cold rolls is the main products of Lizhou, it’s used in reinforcement wire cold rolling and forming, we had more than 30 years experience to processing rolls, and exported to 36 countries since 1997, till now, 0 complain of the quality.
Our rolls include PR,CA,RT, RO,FO type. Also could make it as per customer requirements.
The material of rolls blanks we used are sintered in HIP furnace, 100% virgin material.
Production Process:
Below are the production processes of blank solid tungsten carbide wire drawing dies, to ensure high quality, we assureed our customers that:
1. All materials are tested in terms of density, hardness and T.R.S before use.
2. Every piece of product goes through in-process and final inspection.
3. Every batch of product can be traced.
