Description & Application:
We are a professional Chinese manufacturer of tungsten carbide strips (bar) with 20 years experience which is widely used for making woodworking tools, metal-cutting tools etc.,The tungsten carbide strips we produced with high strength, wear resistance, high precision and excellent temperature resistant, corrosion resistant. We offer various material grades includes standard K10, K20, K30, etc to suitable for difference applications, such as cutting solid wood, MDF, grey cast iron, non-ferrous metal material, chilled cast iron, hardened steel, PCB, braking materials, etc. Various sizes and type available, and we can make the customized drawing meet our customers' requirement.
Production Process:
Below are the production processes of blank solid tungsten carbide wire drawing dies, to ensure high quality, we assureed our customers that:
1. All materials are tested in terms of density, hardness and T.R.S before use.
2. Every piece of product goes through in-process and final inspection.
3. Every batch of product can be traced.
